Another day, another train ride. This time we hit Shoreham-by-Sea. We liked this one. Short walk from the station to the river, a village feel round the historic church and a good selection of cafes. Also lots of good exercise for the leg!

Another day, another medical appointment. This time for special needs dentistry.
It's nearly five months since Harry broke his leg. Today, on yet another trip to Brighton hospital (built in the most inconvenient place to get to in the South East) we had some good news... He can take off his boot and doesn't have to use crutches!
It’s my birthday this weekend and I have started it in style! Harry is not a fan of other people’s birthdays. He always wants it to be his and can deliberately make it very difficult for us to celebrate others.
I think it's 98 days since H left hospital. He's still on his recovery routine - downstairs bedroom, early bedtime and currently alternating between two bedtime stories.
